Happy Chanukah!

I made thus card for one of my Jewish friends.

The background was made using my Gelli Printing plate...

The candle is hand cut from dictionary paper, inked with Distress & spritzed with Heirloom Gold Perfect Mist!

It's a card making day!!

In addition to the dozens of stamped & die cut pieces, the piles of card stock & ephemera I have ready, I wanted to letterpress a majority of my cards.

When you mail out 60-80 cards, some have to be less time consuming but still look awesome. And it's important they they say "me".

So using my Lifestyle Crafts Letterpress kit, I came up with these 2 designs.

just so we're clear, no way are these done! The Letterpressing of the first 60 are done!

The JOY pieces will be mounted to silver metallic cardstock. The others, Kraft paper.

Let's hope I can maintain some self control while putting them together!!!

You all know I lack self control in the ephemera department!

Christmas & Holiday tags

Every year I do this.

Wonder what it would be like to come up with a design and just execute it to get the cards done ???

Well, I may never know! BUT I will be letter pressing some, so that should speed up production ....

Yeah. Ill let you know how that works out LOL!!!

For now, here's a few I've been working on:

Townhouse On the edge die, merry Christmas strip die, Distress Inks & stains. Accented with rock candy stickles & a snow writer.

The background is done using my Gelli printing plate.

Yes I did take apart a light string!
