Notice anyone???? ME, yes it's true. I'm most excited.
Trisha & Nancy won the contest, I was Miss congeniality and came in 3rd. I get to FINALLY sport my tiara w/o being inebriated (don't ask) lol!
I'm thrilled to be joining a very talented team, and work with such wonderful collage sheets. Jackie has digital sheets too, which is just up my ally since I'm a control freak with sizes!
THANKS ALTERED PAGES!!!!!

Ink-spiration Art Doll
I did this project for the people over at Ampersand Art. Makers of the most wonderful STAMPBORD. If you have not tried it, and I question your sanity, why not? It is simply THE best surface to work on! So watch for me at www.stampbord.com as the September Featured project of the month. In the meantime, check out the other "how-to's". There's so great projects there!

AP DT Challenge 4
Well, here it is. The final challenge for Altered Pages Design Team. As Jackie put it, this one was for the whole enchilada! We were to design a kit. I found this to be very challenging. Mostly because I had to really limit what I worked with, and think of something someone would want to make AND buy. I wanted to use products that AP sells in addition to the collage sheets. I also wanted to design a kit you can't find just anywhere. So ATC's, accordian books, & cards were out for me. I was also using digital images.
Draft one was going to be using a matchbox. Well, that didn't work so good. Then I moved onto memory glass. OOPS. I can't solder! AHHHHH, my melting pot! Faux solder. That worked. I liked it, but was it enough? MICA. I have big pieces of Mica!!! HELLOOOOOOO.
We just picked up a 07 Trailblazer that has a nekid rear view mirror. It needed a 'charm'. So my idea was to design RV Charmers. These might just be a bit over the top. They'll either make me or break me... We shall see.
Somewhere along the line, I wonder if I should have just done cards.....
