Gingy!!!!!

So when we watched Shrek this past Halloween and saw Gingy, a lightbulb went off....

Disturbing? perhaps....
But the background is spar-ka-lishous! I used Tammy's Frosty De-boss technique (see other posts below) and added some Martha glitters...

Gingerbread men and women are usually, well 'cute'.

Well, when you tear off his legs then staple them back on, the cute is GONE.

Christmas Wall Hangings

I am lucky enough to work with Karen at Artist and Display for the 3rd year of teaching at Tosa Rec's Learning Never Ends on Tuesday, October 18th! We always try & come up with a different project and this year we are working with Alchohol Inks, Clayboard by Ampersand Art and German/Victorian Scraps. A WONDERFUL combination to play with I must say!

I used white Peel Offs by Magenta, and inked with Eggplant alcohol ink.
The snowflake stamps, are of course by Tim.
The Flakes around the outside are from Martha Stewart.
There's a FINE shimmer of glitter on the image. So pretty!

I softened the alcohol ink background with Pearl Metalic Mixitive.
The stamps are all by Tim Holtz

One day zombies will take over the world. Zombie kitties? Just another of the Halloween Cards I've been working on.This uses an image of a cat, who 'used' to have an apron & chef's hat on....
Lot's of Tim 'love' here. Cabinet Card Alterations dies (mini AND Bigz), new Halloween Texture Fade, Tissue tape, Pennant On the Edge die, Kraft Glassine paper, the mini Pumpkin Mover & Shaper, Picket Fence Distress Stain, LE Distress Ink, Core' dinations paper..... Oh yeah, and a little Rat punch by Martha Stewart...
